INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship all over most of the world. If you
live outside of the USA and would like to order from us, simply choose the
shipping option that pertains to your country.
If you are thinking of placing an international,
please read this carefully!
International Orders range from $18.95 to $34.95+ per order.
The FREE Shipping with orders of $75 or more applies to US domestic orders only
and not to international orders (all orders outside of the US).
Please be sure to select the appropriate shipping option during checkout. The
Forever Rose shipping charges do not include any customs fess or taxes. All customs taxes and
fees are to be paid by the recipient -
please see below.
International Custom Fees, Import Taxes, Duties
and Other Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or
other fees imposed by your government. The Forever Rose does not
charge these fees, and in most cases we have no advance knowledge of or control
over the amount of the fees. All such fees are the responsibility of the
purchaser and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you during your
purchase, either online or via telephone. Please contact your customs
office for information about additional fees that may apply. If you refuse
delivery on a package, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as
well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes.
The Forever Rose reserves the right to not ship to
certain countries at our discretion. We ship to the United States, Canada,
United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. If you
would like to know our policy on a particular country not listed above please

SHIPPING TIMES
Here is an estimate of how long it will take for you to receive a
Forever Rose from the time that your order ships. We try to ship all orders
within 1 or 2 business days from the time an order is received. If there is any
further delay in shipment, other than an item noted as out of stock on our
website, we will contact you of the possible delay.
APO's- Approx 5-10 business days from the date that your order ships. These
orders are always shipped via United States Postal Service.
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND- Approx 7-10 business days from the date that your
order ships. These orders are generally shipped via United States Postal
Service.
CANADA - Approx 5-10 business days from the date that your order ships
depending on your location in proximity to PA, USA. These orders are generally
shipped via USPS or FedEx.
UK - Approx 7-10 business days from the date that your order ships. These
orders are generally shipped via United States Postal Service.
Note: We do not gift wrap international orders due to
strict Customs regulations.

The Forever Rose reserves the right to end this promotion at anytime but will
honor any order processed with free shipping as
long as the order total is $75 or more. Complete order must ship to a single
address. In case of return, the cost of actual shipping (amount that we are
charged by the shipping carrier) will be deducted from your refund.
